This van is a **PART EXCHANGE CLEARANCE VEHICLE** and currently has **NO MOT**.

The **previous owner presented the van for an MOT and it failed**. The failure sheet is clearly shown within the advert photographs.

The MOT recorded the following:

* **Dangerous:** Nearside rear brake pad below 1.5mm
* **Major:** Nearside front track rod end ball joint excessive play
* **Major:** Windscreen washer not working — **NOW RECTIFIED**
* **Major:** Front windscreen wiper not clearing effectively — **NOW RECTIFIED**
* **Advisory:** Rear brake disc worn, but not excessively

The van **has not been presented for a retest** and therefore currently has **NO MOT**.

As the MOT records a dangerous brake defect, the vehicle **must not be driven on the road until the relevant defect has been repaired**. Appropriate collection/transport will therefore need to be arranged.

This is a **PX-to-clear vehicle, offered in its current condition and priced accordingly**. Buyers are welcome to inspect the van and should satisfy themselves regarding any remaining repairs required.
