After a short test drive, the engine management light (EML) comes on. Diagnostic scan shows:

P2006 / P2007: Intake manifold runner control (flaps) stuck closed – both banks

P0325 / P0330: Knock sensor circuit faults

These are common issues on the 4.2 V8 FSI engines, usually caused by sticky intake flaps or wiring/connectors needing cleaning or replacement after sitting unused.

Because of this, the car is on sale with no MOT and as seen. Ideal for a mechanic, enthusiast, or someone looking for a light project. Once sorted, it will make an excellent example of the S5.
